There are 95 cottages built in various styles (russian, oriental, finnish, turkish, english, french etc.).
Cottages admit from 4 to 8 persons.
One cottage stands alone within the territory of complex across the Volga . It attracts our guests in summer and in winter by its successful location amid the forestry.

Each cottage has :

• a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove, crockery and cutlery)
• two bathrooms (a bathroom or a shower cabin on the ground and first floors)

Many of the cottages have fire-places and some-saunas.

If a series of identical cottages is given and you can tick it to make reservation it means that at least one of the cottages is vacant.

The cost of the cottage rent includes :

• accommodation
• recreation complex with no time restriction (swimming-pool, sauna, Turkish bath)
• territory security
• barbecue set (spits, charcoal, charcoal lighter fluid)
• car parking
• children playground

The cost of the cottage with fireplace includes firewood.

The discount system:
Depending on the duration of staying different discounts are available.

The cost of cottage accommodation for a period of 31 days and more is given in special price lists.
The cost of cottage accommodation for a period of more than a year is to be specified in the contract.
