 You arrived at the territory of Resort Complex Zavidovo for rest, entertainment or work. We are ready to create all the conditions for your recreation. At the same time we ask you to keep to some rules of behavior and fire safety, which will guarantee you a pleasant stay here:

1. Parking should be performed only at the special parking place near the hotel - 1 car or near the cottages up to 2 cars. You can also use a paid indoor and outdoor parking .

2. Is not allowed:

- parking in front of the hotel entrance and on the circle near the hotel
- motor cycle traffic, driving practice, driving on the grass-lawns and parking on them. Any damage to lawns is to be paid according the price list.
- auto speed on the territory of the complex must not exceed 20 km/h . Exceeding this limit causes a fine according to law. The traffic is limited since 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a .m.
- making a fire in accommodation zone
- bringing weapon with no license, explosives, drugs and use of them, demonstration and use of licensed weapon and special facilities. The persons under alcohol or narcotics intoxication, who make trouble to other guests, may be treated according to the law.

4. Snowmobile driving is allowed only from its parking place by the marked roads to the rent service or the gates of the complex.

5. Car washing is allowed only in the garage.

6. Making a fire and barbeque, smoking are allowed only at the specially equipped places.

7. Loud music, noise, etc. are allowed only in special places, set by administration, from 9.00 a .m. to 10.00 p.m. Fireworks are allowed till 11.00 p.m. only in special places, set by administration. Fireworks are not allowed near the hotel and the cottages.

8. Pets are allowed only in the cottages (see price list). Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Pets must be on leads, in muzzles and accompanied by its owners. Pets must not be walked on sports and play grounds, flower-beds, near cottages, walking paths and wild animals. The guests should keep the territory clean and provide the safety to people and property. Breaking this rule causes a fine according to the price-list.

9. While using fireplaces you should take into account all safety recommendations, and in case of an emergency act in agreement with administration.

10. The caused damage is to be paid by checkout by cash or by credit card.

11. The lost or forgotten things are kept in Zavidovo during 6 monthes.Things of little value are kept 3 months.Valuable things are kept during a year.
