The multi-purpose complex (42/2 Mosfilmovskaya Street, Moscow) built by GlavUpDK under the MFA of Russia has received a commissioning permit.

The complex is mainly intended to accommodate staff of diplomatic missions, international organizations, consular institutions, and foreign correspondent bureaus. It is a new diplomatic quarter in Moscow similar to the GlavUpDK building complexes on Mytnaya Street and Kutuzovsky Avenue. Offices and residential premises in close proximity to each other as a format of stay in Moscow are in great demand by tenants.

The building of 22,322 square meters has nine above-ground floors. Three sections of the new complex will house apartments and offices designed for renting, and a three-level underground parking.

The complex has 112 one apartments of one to three rooms, with a footprints of ​44 to 100 square meters. They were finished with high-quality materials. The accommodations will be rented out with kitchens furnished and equipped with all the necessary appliances, sliding door wardrobes and multi-split systems.

The total area of ​the office premises exceeds 500 square meters. It is formed by five blocks of 105 square meters, each having a separate entrance from the street.

The building is distinguished by spectacular glazing – large openings, French, glazed and walk-out balconies. Despite the large glazing area, the building demonstrates high energy efficiency and fire safety levels.

Each section has two elevators. Besides, the plan provides for children’s day center areas. The complex is accessible to persons with reduced mobility. The surrounding ground were landscaped, with playgrounds and recreation areas arranged.

For the convenience of tenants, the building offers a three-level underground parking for 267 car spaces, equipped with a car wash unit.

The complex is fitted with state-of-art utility systems, including 32 main systems, controlled by a single automated center. Special focus was given to security: there are TV surveillance systems, security alarms, video door phones installed, with key card access.

The building is located in a fine sight area of the Setun River Valley Nature Reserve. The windows offer a picturesque view of the city: the "green" districts of Moscow, the Setun River, Park Pobedy on Poklonnaya Gora, the Moscow City International Business Center, and the Moscow City Golf Club. For example, a wall and a complex anchor system were arranged in the soil in order to equip the substructure that is up to 11.5 meters deep and covering 10,000 square meters.
